Belwind is a partnership of Belgian and Dutch investors in the private sector, including the Groep Colruyt, Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen, Rabo Project Equity and Meewind. The project is funded by Dexia, Rabobank, ASN Bank, the European Investment Bank and EKF.

Belwind has invested more than EUR 600 million in Belgium.

This is the biggest private investment in Belgium for years.
